Job Introduction
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistant to join our friendly team for weekend shifts only. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service. You’ll help prepare and serve a variety of delicious food and beverages to both on-site and external customers, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with company policies and procedures.
What you'll do:
- Prepare, serve, and present a range of quality food and beverages.
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to create a great customer experience.
- Operate tills, handle payments, and assist with stock and vending machine refills.
- Support weekend breakfast and lunch service in a fast-paced catering environment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic work areas in line with food safety standards.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and proactive, willing to assist across all areas of the catering operation.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
