Job Introduction

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to bring passion and precision to our kitchen. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll enjoy a great work-life balance while helping deliver exceptional food and service. In this role, you’ll maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation, supporting the kitchen team in all areas and ensuring every dish meets our company’s expectations. You’ll play a key part in upholding our food safety and health & safety systems while helping to deliver outstanding meals our customers will love..

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high-quality food service daily, following company standards, recipes, and procedures.
  • Support the smooth running of the kitchen and assist the line manager in all operational areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively through handovers and team meetings to ensure consistent standards and service.
  • Manage food production volumes, service times, and waste responsibly to meet company expectations.

What you bring:

  • Strong communication skills with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Organised and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for cooking and developing culinary skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow and interpret recipes from senior chefs or development teams.
  • Experience in standards or compliance environments, with good customer focus and basic IT skills (C&G 7061/7062 or equivalent desirable).
