Build a name with big-brand businesses and corporate clients, delivering high-quality nutritious meals for boardroom lunches, executive events, and daily workplace dining. This role calls for a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards, while working efficiently in a fast-paced, trend-setting, client-focused environment.

What you'll do

  • Cook up mouth watering menu items, with a passion for perfection
  • Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
  • Prepare and serve food to the agreed Service Level Agreement, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.

  • Follow all company and statutory regulations, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH, and site-specific procedures.

  • Maintain high standards of food preparation with attention to dietary requirements and allergen controls.

  • Deliver hospitality services including production, service, and clear-down to exceptional standards.

  • Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, and hot holding equipment in line with regulations.

  • Ensure all equipment is safely maintained, reporting faults and removing unsafe items from use.

  • Manage stock effectively, storing products correctly and following FIFO procedures.

  • Build positive working relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues to support excellent service delivery.

What you'll bring

  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
  • Previous experience working as Chef within a catering team or food service environment.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • A focus on compliance and working within standards such as Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and safe working practices.

  • Understanding of allergens, dietary requirements, and food safety procedures.

  • A high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and service excellence.
