We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Floor Steward / Business Support Team Coordinator to join our team at the Unilever Kingston site. In this key role, you will be the central point of contact for a range of soft services, ensuring that operations run smoothly and our client’s expectations are not just met – but exceeded.

Provide daily coordination and support for AV and meeting room setups.
Act as the main floor steward for all soft service requests and first-line queries.
Liaise with service partners, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Conduct regular floor walks, reporting faults or hazards and escalating where necessary.
Support in maintaining consistent presentation standards across floors and communal areas.
Deliver first-class customer service, representing Sodexo in a professional and proactive manner.
Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement.
Proven experience in AV support and front-of-house or facilities roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and workplace technology.
A responsible team player who takes initiative and manages their time well.
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering service excellence every day.
